By booking or using services provided by Go Tokyo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Prices may vary depending on the selected services, travel dates, group size, and itinerary.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Go Tokyo, we process and confirm bookings within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you request a cancellation/refund within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
If you request a refund after 24 hours but within 7 days of booking, you will receive a 30% refund. The remaining 70% covers processing, booking, and administrative costs incurred by Go Tokyo.
Refund requests made after 7 days from the booking date are non-refundable, and 0% refund will be provided.
By making a booking with Go Tokyo, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
3. Tour Itinerary
Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, attraction closures, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information and following applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and instructions during the tour.
5. Transportation
Transportation arrangements are subject to availability. Pickup and drop-off times may be affected by traffic, weather, or unexpected delays.
6. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Go Tokyo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7. Force Majeure
Go Tokyo shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
8. Changes to These Terms
Go Tokyo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply.
